Mr. Borse served as General Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Ritchie Capital Management where he led technology and ran the fund's quantitative trading group. Prior to joining Ritchie in 2001, he was Chief Information Officer and a member of the executive team at Citadel Investment Goup. From 1992 to 1998 he managed the development of the Interest Rate Derivatives System at NationsBanc-CRT (now Bank of America). He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in Management Science and Information Systems and an MBA and Master of Science in Computer Science also from the University of Chicago.

Joe Clifford, Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Before founding Sky Road, Mr. Clifford was Director of Systems Architecture at Ritchie Capital Management as well as serving six years as a Managing Director of IT at Citadel Investment Group. Joe also brings thirteen years of experience as a senior systems architect at Bank of America (formerly NationsBanc-CRT) in the Interest Rate Products development team. Mr. Clifford holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA.
